Baptisms

At our Easter Service we had two of our young children make the decision to be baptized. Kyler Busenitz and Alayna Dunlap both took the plunge and came back up new creatures in Christ! Here are some pictures from the celebration:

Kyler Busenitz

Kyler Busenitz making a public profession of faith.
We are buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4).
Kyler is being baptized by his father, Kyle Busenitz, the pastor of Harbor Baptist Church.

Alayna Dunlap

Alayna Dunlap is being baptized by her father, Ray Dunlap, a deacon of Harbor Baptist Church.
“Here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?” Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And the eunuch answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him (Acts 8:36-38).
“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:38).
